Serving by Irving West is led by Tamara Botwinick — a Los Angeles native, born and raised in Sherman Oaks, who is now raising her own two kids in the same city she’s called home her entire life.
Tamara is the daughter-in-law of Irving Botwinick, the founder of Serving by Irving and one of the most recognized names in process serving and private investigation in the United States. For nearly 50 years, Irving built a reputation in New York for doing what other servers couldn’t — and he has become Tamara’s direct mentor as she leads the West Coast operation.
When Tamara made her career pivot into process serving, she didn’t just step into an industry — she stepped into a family institution. Today, with Irving’s direct guidance behind every case, she brings the same exacting standards and relentless follow-through that built the Serving by Irving name to every client in Los Angeles and beyond.
